I have to acknowledge Sir George Russell's Despatch No. 125 dated 14 Instant, informing me that in consequence of a representation from the Reverend Mr. Baster, the sum of £150 had been granted to him in order to defray the expenses of his passage to England, and that for this amount he might draw on the Lords of the Treasury.
